Services
I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents (13 and older), as well as clinical supervision for therapists working toward licensure. My work is informed by attachment theory, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).
Therapy is not something that happens to you—it is something we build together. At its best, it is a conversation between two people who have agreed to pay attention to something that matters.
Before we talk about change, we spend time understanding what has brought you here. What hurts. What feels stuck. What you've already tried. What you're hoping for, even if you're not entirely sure what that is yet.
The relationship itself matters because most of us make sense of ourselves in the presence of another person. We learn what happens when we speak honestly. When we disagree. When we feel uncertain. When we stay with something difficult rather than turning away from it.
My role is to bring curiosity, experience, and careful attention. Yours is to bring yourself as you are that day—whether that's hopeful, skeptical, overwhelmed, uncertain, or all of the above.
The work asks something of both of us. Not perfection. Not constant progress. Just a willingness to remain curious about what emerges and to keep returning to the conversation.
Over time, that kind of attention can change the way we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the stories we've been carrying.
