Services
I provide individual therapy services to adults and adolescents (13 years and older), as well as clinical supervision towards licensure. I work through a lens of attachment theory and trauma-informed care. My therapeutic approach is drawn from psychodynamic, somatic experiencing, and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) models (completed Level I AEDP training in October 2019).
In my practice, therapy is not something that happens to you—it is something we build together. From the beginning, we take time to shape a shared understanding of the work: what you hope for, what you’re ready to face, and how we will show up for one another in the process. I bring my full presence, curiosity, and clinical skill; you bring your willingness to be honest about your experience, even when it’s difficult or uncertain. Together we create a relationship that is intentional, transparent, and grounded in mutual respect. This kind of collaboration asks for commitment from both of us, and it becomes the foundation that allows meaningful change, insight, and transformation to unfold.
